Midnight confessions

At midnight hearts begin to speak, The strong grow fragile, lost, and weak. The silence opens every door, To hidden truths we can’t ignore. Midnight confessions softly fall, Like shadows dancing on the wall. The words we hide through all the day, Find moonlit courage on their way. “I miss you” sounds much more sincere, When only stars are left to hear. And broken souls stop wearing masks, Beneath the night that never asks. Perhaps the dark was always kind, A place where truth could breathe and shine. For hearts speak loudest after scars, In whispered talks beneath the stars.

We Are Connected - POEM

We Are Connected

There is a silence that speaks louder than words
when I think of you.
A thread of thought that stretches
from the hollow of my chest
to somewhere far,
where you might be watching the same sky,
wondering if you’re alone.

But we never are.

Something unseen breathes between us—
a pull, a warmth,
a memory that was never spoken
yet somehow known.
You move through my days
like wind through tall grass,
invisible but felt
in every small tremble of my being.

I carry your light in moments
you’ll never see—
and maybe you carry mine.

Across the noise, the cities,
the lifetimes we have not shared,
we remain
a quiet constellation
shining for one another.

We are not lost.
We are not strangers.
We are simply
connected—
by something older than time
and softer than love.
