Midnight confessions

At midnight hearts begin to speak, The strong grow fragile, lost, and weak. The silence opens every door, To hidden truths we can’t ignore. Midnight confessions softly fall, Like shadows dancing on the wall. The words we hide through all the day, Find moonlit courage on their way. “I miss you” sounds much more sincere, When only stars are left to hear. And broken souls stop wearing masks, Beneath the night that never asks. Perhaps the dark was always kind, A place where truth could breathe and shine. For hearts speak loudest after scars, In whispered talks beneath the stars.

Rose Petals

🌹 Rose Petals

Rose petals fall like whispers in the air,

a crimson sigh, a promise soft and fair,

they kiss the wind with memories of you,

like sunrise born in shades of blush and dew.

They rest on skin like love that never fades,

like secret vows in moon-lit serenades,

each fragile leaf a heartbeat warm and slow,

where longing blooms in silent evening glow.

I hold them close — they bloom within my hand,

a garden made of dreams we understand,

their scent reminds me what we used to be,

a gentle pain, a sweet infinity.

And when the night returns with velvet skies,

their petals shine like stars in lovers’ eyes,

I breathe them in — your soul is near, divine,

a rose that lives forever — yours and mine.
