One Step Closer One step closer, don't rush the way, Some hearts need time for fear to fade, Just take my hand and walk with me, We'll find where we are meant to be. One step closer, your eyes meet mine, And something shifts between space and time, No grand confession, no perfect start, Just little footsteps toward my heart. Perhaps tomorrow we'll still be unsure, Still learning what we're searching for, But every silence we slowly cross Feels less like fear and more like us. So don't ask where this road will end, Just stay beside me around each bend, We don't need forever to begin— One step closer... and let me in.

Hold on, my love, through the quiet night,
When shadows whisper and steal your light,
For even the stars must fade from view,
Just to return more bright and true.

Hold on when your heart feels torn apart,
When silence echoes inside your heart,
For every tear that softly falls,
Is hope still knocking through your walls.

Hold on to the warmth you used to know,
To gentle winds and their tender flow,
For time will cradle your fragile soul,
And slowly, softly, will make you whole.

Hold on, my dear, don’t drift away,
Even the night must greet the day,
And in that dawn, so soft, so new,
A world of light will wait for you.
