Do you remember? - Poem

Do You Remember? Do you remember that very first night, The nervous laughter, the fading light? How words came softly, then hours just flew, And somehow the world disappeared into you? Do you remember the things we would say, The little good mornings that colored my day? Those quiet moments nobody knew, When nothing existed but me and you? Do you remember when silence felt warm, When your voice was my shelter inside every storm? When missing you hurt, yet somehow felt sweet, Because every goodbye meant again we would meet? Maybe some moments were never meant to stay, They come like the seasons, then wander away, But if you ever look at the stars like I do— Tell me, my love... do you remember them too?

Time to change

Time to Change

There comes a moment, calm and clear,
When staying still costs more than fear.
When old routines no longer guide,
And quiet truths can no more hide.

Change does not arrive as flame,
Nor ask permission in our name.
It enters softly, asks us why,
And teaches dormant wings to fly.

To change is not to lose the past,
But shape a future built to last.
To carry lessons, leave regret,
And welcome paths not taken yet.

Growth asks for courage, day by day,
To trust the road and find the way.
For every ending, if embraced,
Becomes a life renewed, not erased.

And when the distance fades from view,
You’ll see what change was leading to—
Not someone different to become,
But someone stronger to return.
