One Step Closer One step closer, don't rush the way, Some hearts need time for fear to fade, Just take my hand and walk with me, We'll find where we are meant to be. One step closer, your eyes meet mine, And something shifts between space and time, No grand confession, no perfect start, Just little footsteps toward my heart. Perhaps tomorrow we'll still be unsure, Still learning what we're searching for, But every silence we slowly cross Feels less like fear and more like us. So don't ask where this road will end, Just stay beside me around each bend, We don't need forever to begin— One step closer... and let me in.

We Live Under This Same Sky

We live under this same sky, my dear,
Though oceans whisper and stars appear.
The moon still travels from me to you,
Carrying dreams in silver blue.

When morning warms your quiet face,
Its light once crossed my hidden place.
And when the evening calls your name,
I stand beneath that sky the same.

No distance bends the stars apart,
No border reaches to the heart.
The wind may wander, years may fly,
Yet still we live beneath one sky.

So when the night feels cold and wide,
Look to the heavens by your side.
And know somewhere, beneath their glow,
A soul is thinking soft and slow.

For love is not in hands alone,
Nor measured by the miles we've known.
It lives in every star drifting by—
Because we live under this same sky.
