One Step Closer One step closer, don't rush the way, Some hearts need time for fear to fade, Just take my hand and walk with me, We'll find where we are meant to be. One step closer, your eyes meet mine, And something shifts between space and time, No grand confession, no perfect start, Just little footsteps toward my heart. Perhaps tomorrow we'll still be unsure, Still learning what we're searching for, But every silence we slowly cross Feels less like fear and more like us. So don't ask where this road will end, Just stay beside me around each bend, We don't need forever to begin— One step closer... and let me in.

I sent my words into the night,
And watched them disappear from sight,
No answer came, no gentle sign,
Just silence where your voice was mine.

I read our echoes line by line,
As if your heart might answer mine,
But every hour quietly passed,
And left me speaking to the past.

Perhaps some words are meant to stay,
Unanswered as they fade away,
Perhaps some doors are closed in time,
No matter how the stars align.

So I will leave my message there,
A little piece of love and care,
No more I'll wait beneath the sky,
For hearts that choose not to reply.

And if one day you think of me,
Like moonlight trembling on the sea,
Remember love once called your name—
You gave no answer, yet it came.
