One Step Closer One step closer, don't rush the way, Some hearts need time for fear to fade, Just take my hand and walk with me, We'll find where we are meant to be. One step closer, your eyes meet mine, And something shifts between space and time, No grand confession, no perfect start, Just little footsteps toward my heart. Perhaps tomorrow we'll still be unsure, Still learning what we're searching for, But every silence we slowly cross Feels less like fear and more like us. So don't ask where this road will end, Just stay beside me around each bend, We don't need forever to begin— One step closer... and let me in.

Same Sky

We may wake beneath a different sun,
Walk separate roads when day has begun,
But wherever this restless life takes you,
Above us both stretches the same endless blue.

When evening comes and the daylight departs,
The same little stars shine over our hearts,
And somewhere between the moonlight and sea,
I wonder if you're looking upward with me.

So when you feel distant, lonely, or small,
Remember that distance means nothing at all,
Just whisper my name when the moon passes by,
And I'll send you my love through the same quiet sky.

Perhaps one day these roads will align,
Your wandering hand finding its way into mine,
Until then, wherever our two worlds may lie,
We'll always be together beneath the same sky.
