Do you remember? - Poem

Do You Remember? Do you remember that very first night, The nervous laughter, the fading light? How words came softly, then hours just flew, And somehow the world disappeared into you? Do you remember the things we would say, The little good mornings that colored my day? Those quiet moments nobody knew, When nothing existed but me and you? Do you remember when silence felt warm, When your voice was my shelter inside every storm? When missing you hurt, yet somehow felt sweet, Because every goodbye meant again we would meet? Maybe some moments were never meant to stay, They come like the seasons, then wander away, But if you ever look at the stars like I do— Tell me, my love... do you remember them too?

Beautiful eyes - Poem

Beautiful Eyes

There is a world behind your eyes,
A secret sea beneath your skies,
And every time you look at me,
I lose the shore I used to see.

Your eyes don't simply catch the light,
They hold the stars that wake at night,
They say the words your lips conceal,
And somehow make the silence feel.

I've seen them laugh, I've watched them ache,
I've seen the little storms they make,
Yet even when they're filled with rain,
I'd choose to look at them again.

So don't look away when I come near,
Let me find everything you hide my dear.
For of all the wonders beneath these skies,
I'd still get lost in your beautiful eyes.
