Do you remember? - Poem

Do You Remember? Do you remember that very first night, The nervous laughter, the fading light? How words came softly, then hours just flew, And somehow the world disappeared into you? Do you remember the things we would say, The little good mornings that colored my day? Those quiet moments nobody knew, When nothing existed but me and you? Do you remember when silence felt warm, When your voice was my shelter inside every storm? When missing you hurt, yet somehow felt sweet, Because every goodbye meant again we would meet? Maybe some moments were never meant to stay, They come like the seasons, then wander away, But if you ever look at the stars like I do— Tell me, my love... do you remember them too?

Will you ask me? - poem

Will You Ask Me?

Will you ask me to stay by your side,
When there is nowhere left for love to hide?
Will you reach for my hand and hold it tight,
And choose me again with each morning light?

Will you ask me to dance in the rain,
To share all your laughter, your joy, and your pain?
Will you whisper my name when the whole world is still,
And tell me you love me because you simply will?

I don't need diamonds or castles above,
No beautiful speeches to prove me your love,
Just look in my eyes and let your heart speak true,
And ask me the question I'm waiting from you.

Because if you ask me, my answer is clear,
I've carried it silently whenever you're near,
You won't need forever to know what I'll say—
Just ask me, my love... and I'll choose you each day.
